Do Statistical Process Control?

I had been ask to do Statistical Process Control in M.Excel with the data min, max, cpk , average and standard deviation. How to do this?Do Statistical Process Control?
Assuming you have a set of data from your process. You should have a bunch of numbers gathered from the process that you wish to control. such as temperature, size inspection, rejects per thousand, or SOME data that the process yields.





import the data into Excel, highlight the range of numbers, and run the formula command on the set. example: in the formula bar, type in =AVE while highlighting a whole series of numbers. if you have highlighted a column of 300 numbers, at the bottom of the column, excel will calculate the average number of all the data points. There are command formulas for all those standard deviations, min, max, etc. You can also create graphical analysis of the data too.
