I am 30 yr old and i am getting lots of grey hair. How to control it, is there any process to delay getting it

More grey hair is coming in front. Coloring spreads and increases gery hair is it so? Tell me how to get rid of this problem.I am 30 yr old and i am getting lots of grey hair. How to control it, is there any process to delay getting it
Ths is my success story. Massage thoroughly with olive, coconut or any natural oil - then brush vigorously using a palm held brush with stiff short natural boar bristles (tightly packed) so you really feel it stimulating scalp. Brush 90 /100 strokes or even more each day focusing on where greying is. Brushing before you apply oil is equally OK. A little shedding and breakage may occur at first but quickly stops as brushing makes hair stronger and better anchored. It will grow fast, thicker and It will stop greying and even force some new growth. I had original color new growth and also color was restored in some parts. Keep oil on as long as possible - it helps if you can sleep with it oiled. Initially new hairs will be weak looking and sparse. Don't be concerned if brushing uproots them as they will re-appear even stronger. New growth was slower and sparse at first then each month over a year grew more densely. It demands perseverance week in, week out to get the same results.

Premature graying can be caused by many shampoos, hair products that contain countless hair, scalp and even health harming harsh and toxic ingredients. Washing hair too frequently is another cause - removes beneficial natural oils. Find ';Non harmful shampoos, etc'; with Google searches. Some will come up and be expensive or only available on-line so refine search by adding ';low cost'; and ';available in stores'; Find in GNC ,Trader Joes, Some Walmart Stores, Cost Plus, Wegmans, Earth Fare, Whole Foods, natural %26amp; health foods stores. Wish you the best. I can be emailed.

Sorry hun, I don't think there is a way to delay it. Colouring definitely doesn't increase or spreed grey hair. It might seem that way because all the greys are hidden with the dye but then as the colour grows out and you see new growth they greys stand out more, also it could be new greys. Nothing to do with the dye though! The only way to get rid of the greys if it bothers you is to dye your hair about every 6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. There are pretty good hair dyes on the market that aren't too bad for your hair. Try Clairol natural instincts non-permanent colour. It washes out after about 28 shampoos, and because it lightens gradually, your roots aren't as noticeable. If you have a ton of grey though, your will have to use permanent.

Hope I helped. =)
If 50% of your hair turns to grey, that is premature graying of the hair, but its normal to 40 years old and above.

Reasons of having a grey hair are:

1. Genetically inherited

2. There is underlying medical problems like thyroid disorders

3. Vitamin B12 deficiency

4. Anemia

5. Vitiligo

6. Side effect of the hair products

7. Side effect of the hair treatment. Like hot oil treatment: extra heat can damage the hair.

The ways to found to have a control of it is first: see a doctor
I would got to a salon and have them match your natural color and use a semi permant hair dye to help blend those grays. Depend on how much grey you have they can give you other suggestions as far as coloring techniques based on the consultation. There is no delaying grey hair. Get referals for a colorist in your area- if you see someone and you like the look of their hair ask them who they go to.
I too had grey hair from 30. I did not mind having them because it looked, what my friends said, 'graceful'. But by the time I turned 48 it became a uniform salt and pepper. When I attended an interview a member questioned if I was 55. That's when I decided I would 'dye'. Now the same guy tells me I look a lot healthier though there is nothing to health in it. So it all depends on how you look or you feel people who matter to you look at you.If its alright, wear it, if not dye it natural black.
To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo. If it will stay, let it go grey. It's better than having no hair at all. The more you stress over it the more grey it will become. Use just for men if it's really bugging you.
Grey hair is beautiful, leave it alone...my husband has had it since he was 16 and he is hot! So is George Clooney and Dr. Drew! Unless you are a women then color it!
