please help me with this, i need it urgently. thank youHow can we implement a statistical process control in any company???
Statistical process control is complete manufacturing and engineering discipline which is usually implimented with computers and software. It was done manually in the old day using control charts but that makes it lots more expensive because of the time involved. If you don't have the time yourself then hire an expert to create and implent your QC program.
Nobody can just tell you how to do it by answering a question.
You'd have to buy several books to study.
Buy software and computers to support it and incorporate a training program for your current employees.How can we implement a statistical process control in any company???
Hire yourself a Quality Control Statistician.
According to Wikipedia, statistical process control is ';a method for achieving quality control in manufacturing processes. It employs control charts to detect whether the process observed is under control.';
As for the how of it, that seems to measuring the processes within a company and then developing statistical analysis of the results. Based on those numbers, changes can be made.
I'm sure that's a fairly simplistic overview though. There are lots of books written on the subject so it must be way more complex than that.
