That depends very much on the paradigm. Is this managing people or a physical plant?


If it's people, go back to your text and notes. Look up the definitions of ';power'; and ';control';. You'll need to start any discussion from there.


If it's a physical plant, we'll need more specific information. Electrical power allows the control system to operate, but it's hard to get more specific than that without a paradigm that's defined more clearly.
