Process Control Engineering goes by many names - Instrumentation %26amp; Contols, Mechatronics, process integration, and others. There are programs at several schools in both the US and Canada. UBC and at least one school in the Toronto area (daughter of a friend graduated in the field and she was in the Toronto area). In the US, Gonzaga (Spokane, WA) has an option/specialty, Purdue (Indiana), TAMU, Penn State (with Stu Churchill), and others.
